Sometimes I'm right and I can be wrong. My own beliefs are in my song. The butcher, the banker, the drummer and then, makes no difference what group I'm in. I am everyday people! Yeah. Yeah. There is a blue one who can't accept the green one for living with a fat one trying to be a skinny one.
And different strokes for different folks. And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee. Oh sha sha… We got to live together! I am no better and neither are you. We are the same whatever we do. You love me you hate me you know me and then. You can't figure out the bag l'm in. I am everyday people! Yeah. Yeah. There is a long hair that doesn't like the short hair for being such a rich one that will not help the poor one. And different strokes for different folks. And so on and so on and scooby dooby doo-bee. Oh sha sha. We got to live together! There is a yellow one that won't accept the black one. That won't accept the red one that won't accept the white one. And different strokes for different folks… and so on and so on.
As more us us are becoming working poor, us poor people need to stick together to get some time in the sun.
You can rent a nice house for a month in malaysia or thailand, for only $150,
Thailand won't let a foreigner set up a low tech biz like accomodation or bike hire,
but if I make a few motorbike fairings in Malaysia, I can get a permanent visa there, and it's right next to thailand, so you can see both places easily enuf.
also malaysia gives you an automatic 3 month visa if you're visiting from a western country. and KL is fantastic for cheap airfares.
So I'm planning to find a nice location near beach and thai border, rent a large house, buy a couple of cheap bikes, and offer room and bikes for around 100 / week,
and leave a local staying there when I'm not around.
if you've been on holiday overseas, you'll know that you luck out occasionally with accomodation,
I've slept on some hard beds above mosquito farms, and some places with no windows that smelled like industrial disinfectant,
and eaten in really poor restuarants next to really good ones, you just don't know until you try them,
you always seem to lose the first couple of days in a new place finding your way around.
a hotel might only be 20 or 30 a night, 140 / week, add bike hire, add the hire place ripping you off for damaging it, and a cheap holiday becomes dear.
I'm hoping to be able to provide comforts of home; bed, transport, proper frig with food in it already, local knowledge maps printed off to take with you on outings, or find local services.
So you can maximise your holiday pleasure, have most of the benefits for little more than the cost of the airfare, without the cost overruns that most holidays come with.
